please be warned before you watch this video. it may shock you. it shocked me. the incident happened on sunday the 24th of april at around 2.30pm in broad daylight. he was wearing a red spotted overcoat and nothing underneath. did i stop it? no. did i help? no. i was too afraid he would do the same to me. if anyone has any information please go to your nearest police station as soon as possible. its a sick world.

Ben about recent and upcoming Norway gigs with A1

A1 recently did their first gig in seven years at "Allsang paa grensen" in Norway. After the great response and the boys enjoying being back together on stage so much it's now been announced that A1 will do 4 10 year celebration gigs in Oslo December 9.-12. this year.

There's been great feedback and tickets are selling fast for the gigs. The boys will be performing some of their A1 material, some solo stuff and hopefully some new tracks! There has been a lot of questions on Facebook and Twitter about why the gigs are in Norway, if there will be any UK gigs and if they will be performing with or without Paul. In this video Ben talks about his Norway trip and the planned December trips and answers those questions for you.

Ben about having his eyes lasered

Just had my eyes lasered last week and feeling great. No more contact lenses!

I was quite nervous before the surgery, but it was done so quickly and pretty much painless which was such a relief. I literally went into surgery and was home a couple of hours later. My sight is improved enormously, better than 20/20 I’ve been told. It’s great not to have to think about my contact lenses first thing in the morning and last thing at night. I can just see clearly and am now free of all that hassle.

I’d definitely recommend it to anyone considering it. Wish I had done it sooner! Hope you are all well.

Back at Big Brother for BBLB

Ben was back at the Big Brother studios for an appearance on Big Brothers Little Brother (June). They made him wear the dinosaur costume again! Oh how it was missed......
